At Dueling Grounds Distillery, our locally grown mashbill defines the flavor of our award winning bourbons. All bourbons share a mashbill of 66% yellow dent corn, 22% soft red winter wheat and 12% malted barley. Linkumpinch bourbons feature a flavor profile of caramel, honey and vanilla combined with the smoothness of a wheated bourbon. Double pot distilled. Finished in 55 gallon new oak barrels, with a number 3 char and aged between 4-6 years here in Kentucky. Bottled-In-Bond is 100 proof, single barrel cask strength ranges between 117-123 proof and 6 year old black label is 110 proof.
