Linkumpinch Cask Strength Bourbon is a single barrel master distillers pick. We sample barrels at roughly a yearly rate. The master distiller then carefully chooses from several outstanding barrels to pick the ones that can stand alone. The barrels are bottled at barrel proof, with no proof reduction of any kind. Most of our Single Barrel Cask Strength bottles fall between 115- 123 proof with 116 being the most common.
